In the spring and summer (May-Sept) we’re on the water 3 times a week. We train to compete at dragon boat festivals – locally in New England and beyond!

Off-season we’re in the gym lifting + erging. Our workouts are structured and led by our competitive Coaching staff to keep us in top paddling shape.
