Wolfpack is made up of members who have paid for a season of structured training November to the following September.

We are always looking for new members and invite you to check out our sessions. 

The first (3) consecutive sessions are free. This will give you a good idea of our weights & conditioning training as well as our paddle erg training. Our membership fees are:

$200 for unlimited winter sessions (2 practices a week from Nov. to end of April) and

$200 for unlimited water sessions (3 practices a week from May to end of Sept.)

Winter training (Nov. – Apr.)

Just because we live in New England doesn’t mean we don’t train during the winter months.

From Nov.-Feb. 2023, we’ll be in the gym focusing on strength and conditioning. In Jan. 2023 we’ll be adding paddle erg (“pErg”) time that simulates paddling. We promise you’ll get your heart rate up and a full-body workout. It’s also the perfect time to break down the technique and stroke so you’re 110% ready when we get on the water in May.
